Growth, for the part of the market that doesn't exist yet.
Growth functions built for companies where the technology is ahead of the market. AI infrastructure, Web3 protocols, developer platforms. The work is always the same: turn something technically excellent into something commercially unstoppable.
A short biography.
The track record runs from APAC growth leadership at Google Cloud, to the strategic pivot that became Chainstack's core business model, to movement campaigns at Fluence, to the category-inventing launch of CreateOS. Twenty-plus ventures advised across APAC, Europe, and the Middle East.
The entire practice runs on AI infrastructure today, because that's where marketing is going. The tooling, the workflow, the content system, the delegation model — all of it rebuilt so a one-person studio can ship at the cadence of a fifteen-person team.

Companies I've built growth for
What I believe.
Clarity over hype.
The best marketing makes complex technology feel self-evident through narratives grounded in what is real, so the market can see the shape of the opportunity clearly enough to buy it.
Systems over campaigns.
Marketing architecture compounds across quarters because systems keep working when attention moves elsewhere, and that compounding is where almost all the durable leverage comes from.
Build and transfer.
The mandate is to build the function, train the team, and document the playbook so the company owns the capability outright rather than renting it on a permanent retainer.
Proof over promises.
Every claim earns its place through a documented outcome, because work that cannot be shown in a case study is work that did not materially change the business.

I live my values through the same intensity I bring to the work — commitment over comfort, learning over certainty, humility as the baseline. The discipline compounds across everything.
Concert pianist.
Classically trained. MA in Piano Performance. Music is about listening — holding many voices in coherence at once, knowing when to lead and when to accompany. The instinct behind every strategy I build since.
Fighter.
Trained and competed in a real boxing match. Pain is part of the process, not a signal to stop. Discipline and grit are the difference between performance and spectacle.
Himalaya trekker.
Weeks at altitude teach you what the edge of comfortable actually feels like, and when to hold there versus when to turn back. The judgment is the whole thing.
