DePIN Days.
A global event series that became the flagship gathering for the decentralized physical infrastructure community. Multi-city, hundreds of talks, thousands of attendees, dozens of ecosystem partners.
The challenge
DePIN was an emerging category with no established community events. Individual projects had their own meetups, but there was no unifying platform where the entire ecosystem could converge, share research, and build together. Fluence needed to position itself as the facilitator of the movement, not just another participant.
What I did
As CMO at Fluence, the DePIN Day series started as a strategic ecosystem play: a repeatable, scalable format of one-day focused events co-located with major crypto conferences across multiple cities.
The mandate covered full production: speaker curation, venue logistics, sponsor partnerships, media coverage, livestream production, and community engagement. Each event brought together founders, researchers, developers, and investors from across the DePIN ecosystem.
The series ran across Dubai, Denver, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Singapore, with 200+ speakers across 120 DePIN companies and content partnerships that extended reach well beyond the in-person attendance.
